LabelVision 20/20 Year 2000 Compliance Statement
Subject to the limitations on liability and limited remedy contained in the License Agreement and Limited Warranty applicable to your LabelVision 20/20 product, Flexible Information Systems, Inc. ("FIS") represents that all LabelVision 98, LabelVision 2000 and LabelVision 20/20 products, version 3.0 and above, are Year 2000 Compliant. For purposes of this statement, Year 2000 Compliant means that these LabelVision products will accurately process date/time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into, and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and the years 1999 and 2000 and leap year calculations, to the extent that other information technology, used in combination with such LabelVision products, properly exchanges date/time data with it.
