Using the LabelVision help system in Windows Vista
LabelVision has been optimized to use the classic Windows help system, which uses the file WinHlp32.exe. To use classic help in Windows Vista with LabelVision version 4.6 or later, you no longer need to download a patch from Microsoft. To use classic help with earlier versions of LabelVision, you have to download a patch from Microsoft.

Windows Vista has two versions: 32-bit and 64-bit. To find out which version your computer is running, click the Start button on the bottom left of your screen; Right-click the Computer option (on the right-hand-side of the vertical bar that pops-up) and click Properties. Look at System Type, which is under the System section.

After validating Windows, you will have the opportunity to download one of two files:
Windows6.0-KB917607-x86.msu, or Windows6.0-KB917607-x64.msu

If you are running the regular 32-bit version of Windows Vista, then download the file Windows6.0-KB917607-x86.msu.

If you are running the 64-bit version of Windows Vista, then download the file Windows6.0-KB917607-x64.msu.
