Using the LabelVision help system in Windows 7
LabelVision has been optimized to use the classic Windows help system, which uses the file WinHlp32.exe. To use classic help in Windows 7 with LabelVision version 4.6 or later, you no longer need to download a patch from Microsoft. To use classic help with earlier versions of LabelVision, you have to download a patch from Microsoft.

Windows 7 has two versions: 32-bit and 64-bit. To find out which version your computer is running, click the Start button on the bottom left of your screen; Right-click the Computer option (on the right-hand-side of the vertical bar that pops-up) and click Properties. Look at System Type, which is under the System section.

After validating Windows, you will have the opportunity to download one of two files:
Windows6.1-KB917607-x86.msu, or Windows6.1-KB917607-x64.msu

If you are running the regular 32-bit version of Windows 7, then download the file Windows6.1-KB917607-x86.msu.

If you are running the 64-bit version of Windows 7, then download the file Windows6.1-KB917607-x64.msu.
