LabelVision Classic: Year 2000: Upgrading From Version 2.3 or Earlier

LabelVision 20/20
If you are upgrading LabelVision Classic version 2.3 or earlier, and you use a printer supported by LabelVision 20/20 (HP, Epson and most Zebra, Intermec and DATAMAX printers), you should consider converting to LabelVision 20/20. Free Upgrades to Version 2.4
If you purchased or upgraded to LabelVision Classic Version 2.3 after 4/15/98, then you are entitled to a free upgrade. You are also entitled to a free upgrade if you have Version 2.3 and you have an active maintenance contract with us. To receive your free upgrade:

Get the list of serial numbers of all packages you own, which may be found on the Sentinel keys. There are numbers on both sides of a key; the serial number is the five digits or ten characters following "S/N:" on the side that says "LabelVision".
Call us to verify eligibility for your upgrade, and we will send your free upgrade.

Paid Upgrades to Version 2.4
If you are not eligible for a free upgrade, you can purchase one. Use the following table to determine the purchase price. The cost below is the cost per package for you to upgrade to Version 2.4.

To purchase an upgrade, follow these steps:

Get the list of serial numbers of all packages you own, which may be found on the Sentinel keys. There are numbers on both sides of a key; the serial number is the five digits or ten characters following "S/N:" on the side that says "LabelVision". Although we maintain an accurate record of all users and their serial numbers, having the information handy will allow us to confirm that our database is correct.
